Pharmacy
:
Union Health Service operates a modern clinical pharmacy at its Polk St. facility to provide outpatient prescriptions exclusively to UHS members. In response to the special needs of UHS members, our pharmacy has staff fluent in English, Polish, and Spanish as well as translators in the clinic for other languages. The pharmacy operates on a not-for-profit basis and its low prices help make your prescriptions more affordable. Most important, our pharmacy staff works closely with all UHS physicians to discuss options and provide information important to your health care.
We offer more than retail prescriptions. Now UHS members enrolled through Local 25 S.E.I.U. Welfare Fund also have Union Pharmacy Service, a drug card plan for prescriptions filled at UHS or other participating pharmacies, often for a copayment of just $10 ($20 for brand name).
